Q: How do I cancel my PDF.live Unlimited subscription?
A: To cancel your PDF.live Unlimited subscription,
visit the Account page HERE. If you are not already signed into PDF.live using your account, sign into PDF.live first, then visit our account page. Once there, select the green "Manage Subscription" button and follow the prompts to cancel your subscription. Your Unlimited subscription renewal will immediately be canceled.
Q: I have canceled my subscription, will I be charged again?
A: No. Rest assured that once a subscription has been canceled you will no longer be charged. If you have canceled an Unlimited plan, you can continue to use Unlimited plan features until your period has ended based on the plan you've selected.

A: From our
homepage, select the green "Convert to and from PDF" button and select the corresponding file conversion type you're looking for. For example, if you want to convert a Word document to PDF, you'd select "Convert DOC to PDF".

A: PDF.live's compress feature allows you to compress files to make their size smaller. Limits to file size upload apply for Unlimited vs Free users. (Unlimited users may upload files up to 50MB in size.)

Q: Will I be charged for a 7-day free trial?
A: If you have signed up for our PDF.live 7-day free trial, you will be charged at the end of the 7-day trial period unless you have canceled prior to the completion of the trial period. All plans will auto-renew based on the type of plan selected at the start of the trial (monthly/annually/etc).
Q: How do I pay for PDF.live Unlimited?
A: PDF.live offers two convenient ways to pay for your subscription. You can use our credit card processing provider Stripe or PayPal.
Q: Can I have multiple 7-day free trials?
A: You are entitled to only one (1) free trial. If it is found that you have attempted to create multiple free trials, your account will be canceled and banned without notice.
