Q: How do I cancel my PDF.live Unlimited subscription?
A: To cancel your PDF.live Unlimited subscription,
visit the Account page HERE. If you are not automatically redirected to the account page, please sign into PDF.live first - then click the link above to access your account details page. Once there, select the green "Manage Subscription" button and follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
Q: I have canceled my subscription, will I be charged again?
A: No. Rest assured that once a subscription has been canceled you will no longer be charged. If you have canceled an Unlimited plan, you can continue to use Unlimited plan features until your period has ended based on the plan you've selected.

Q: How do I convert files to a PDF file?
A: From our
homepage, select the green "Convert to and from PDF" button and select the corresponding file conversion type you're looking for. For example, if you want to convert a Word document to PDF, you'd select "Convert DOC to PDF".
Q: Can I convert any file to a PDF?
A: No. PDF.live supports several different types of file conversion. You can convert Word, PowerPoint, Excel and JPEG/JPG files to PDF.
A: Yes, PDF.live allows you to easily convert PDF files into popular file formats like Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Q: Can I merge multiple PDF files into one?
A: Yes! With our PDF.live merge feature you can select multiple PDF files to merge into one single file.
Q: I have a large file, do you offer compression to a smaller size?
A: PDF.live's compress feature allows you to compress files to make their size smaller. Limits to file size upload apply for Unlimited vs Free users. (Unlimited users may upload files up to 50MB in size.)
Q: I converted my file, but it is asking me to create an account to get my converted file.
A: PDF.live accounts are completely free and required to use our conversion services. Don't worry, we don’t sell your personal information!

Q: Can I try PDF.live for free before purchasing the subscription?
A: Free trials are offered periodically for users. You can use many features of PDF.live for free such as converting to and from PDFs, compressing, merging, and simple editing tools. Free usage may be limited on a daily basis and premium features like signing, rearranging pages and securing documents require a subscription.
Q: What is included in the free trial?
A: Our trials include access to all Premium features and unlimited use of conversion and faxing services.
PDF.live Trial and Billing FAQs
Q: Will I be charged for a free trial?
A: If you have signed up for our PDF.live free trial, you will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you have canceled prior to the completion of the trial period. All plans will auto-renew based on the type of plan selected at the start of the trial (monthly/annually/etc).
Q: How do I pay for PDF.live Unlimited?
A: PDF.live offers two convenient ways to pay for your subscription. You can use our credit card processing provider Stripe or PayPal.
Q: Can I have multiple free trials?
A: You are entitled to only one (1) free trial. If it is found that you have attempted to create multiple free trials, your account will be canceled and banned without notice.

a. During the Free Trial Period: If you find our service unsatisfactory during the free trial period of your monthly or annual subscription, you are free to cancel your subscription without any charges.
b. After the Free Trial Period: Refunds will not be issued for the remaining days of the billing cycle. However, your subscription will be canceled and you won't be charged for future billing cycles.
Note: If a customer contacts us indicating they forgot to cancel their subscription, we are unable to provide them with a refund.
